Biography

Richard Honey is a Barrister at Francis Taylor Building. Richard has broad experience of planning law matters. His experience spans the spectrum of development from dwellings to major infrastructure projects. He regularly advises on, and appears in, cases involving public law challenges to planning decisions, and has acted in successful judicial review and statutory challenge proceedings in the High Court.
