Biography

Laura Winter BA (Hons) MSc MRICS Assoc APM is a chartered building surveyor and associate member of the Association for Project Management, with six years’ experience in the higher education, healthcare and commercial sectors, and a further five years’ experience in the residential sector.

Laura is employed as Residential Projects Surveyor at Hamways Ltd, a subsidiary of the William Pears Group. Her role involves the procurement and project management of a broad range of residential projects, as well as leading the Green Pears Committee, ensuring sustainable procurement best practice is incorporated business-wide. In her spare time, Laura is an active member of the Kent RICS Matrics.

Company biography

Hamways Ltd are a residential property management company, managing the property portfolio and advising on purchases, sales and development opportunities for the William Pears Group.

Hamways’ in-house Residential Project Team are responsible for the development and enhancement of the residential property portfolio through the delivery of a range of refurbishment and new-build projects. The team specialise in providing options appraisals, managing planning applications, and the design, specification, contract administration and project management of residential development projects throughout London and the Home Counties.
