Laura Winter MRICS MAPM is a chartered building surveyor and senior surveyor at The Royal Parks. She manages its Technical Support team, providing professional advice on the conservation, care, maintenance and enhancement of The Royal Parks' built assets, ranging from bridges and lodges to monuments and infrastructure.

With over 12 years' experience in retrofit, refurbishment, condition surveys, defect remediation and procurement, Laura has delivered complex projects across residential, education and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on fabric-first, sustainable solutions. As a qualified project manager and retrofit co-ordinator holding a level 5 diploma in retrofit co-ordination and risk management, she brings both strategic and technical expertise to her role, ensuring that heritage stewardship is aligned with sustainability and future resilience.
