Matt Williams BSc(Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Partner at Jones Hargreaves LLP. Matt has more than 14 years' experience as a surveyor and specialises in due diligence acquisition surveys, dilapidations and project services for a number of high profile blue chip clients. Matt is the former Chairman of RICS matrics Wales and acts as an APC assessor for RICS and as a judge for the RICS Building Awards. Matt is also a keen sportsman and still manages to take to the rugby field most weekends.
