James Wilson qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992, and has been advising on all aspects of residential property for more than 25 years. He is a Director in the Residential Valuations department at JLL, based in their West End office. He is a regular speaker on valuation issues in leasehold reform, and is a member of the Residential Survey and Valuation Group for RICS, responsible for leasehold property.
