Courteney Donaldson MRICS, Chartered Surveyor, is Director and Head of Child Centric Services at Christie + Co where she has worked since 1999. Courteney has developed a nationally recognised area of expertise in the valuation and sale of businesses that cater for children across the early years foundations stages. In one capacity or another, she has been involved in every major day nursery portfolio transaction since 2006. Alongside her work in the day nursery sector, Courteney advises a wide range of businesses that cater specifically for children, from birth to 19 years of age. These businesses include fostercare services, independent schools, children's homes and special education needs residential schools. Courteney has a national remit responsibility for developing Christie + Co's child centric sector business across the UK and Europe. Courteney is a regular contributor at industry events and in sector publication, she also advised Baron Morris on the progression of the Child Care Bill through the House of Lords.
