Biography

Paul Robinson BSc MAPM is a dynamic, and experienced major programmes professional with a varied engineering and programme control background. Experienced in multiple sectors in a variety of roles from designer, through PMO services, to commission lead. He has a background of delivering projects, programmes and portfolios in the infrastructure sector primarily in rail and utilities.

Paul is a certified EVM Practitioner and lead trainer of the APMG Earned Value Management qualifications for Turner & Townsend. He is a Director responsible for a diverse team of Project Controls staff within several commissions in central north region of the United Kingdom.

Paul has expertise of working within regulated industries and managing complex programmes to prescribed processes and procedures. This includes the scoping and implementation of project control systems, teams and processes inclusive of Earned Value Management. He is an expert in schedule assurance and project planning.
