Pricing

There are no subscription charges or one-off fees. RICS SurveyWriter has flexible payment options where you only pay for the reports you produce. Because you only pay for the reports you produce, you can monitor and offset the cost of producing a report with the fee you earn for each instruction.

In order to use RICS SurveyWriter to produce the new RICS HomeBuyer Report you will need to have signed up to the new RICS HomeBuyer Service Copyright Licence Scheme.
