Summary
This section is concerned with the renewal of business leases for both landlords and tenants. This issue is of particular importance in dispute resolution, as it accounts for a significant proportion of the disputes in which landlord and tenant surveyors are commonly involved. This chapter considers the processes and issues involved, focusing not only on how to resolve disputes, but also on how to avoid them.
