Summary
As well as a knowledge of dilapidations principles, practitioners will also need to be aware of the Civil Procedure Rules, service charge practice, and landlord and tenant, as all of these can have an influence on practice and procedure. Also considered in this section are rights, schedules, documentation, damages, losses and remedies in relation to dilapidations.
