Right to manage: case law outcomes and stakeholder impact

Case law continues to inform our understanding of right-to-manage legislation. This section informs property managers about the impact this case law is having on stakeholders – those parties that have a legal interest (stake) in any part of a residential communal scheme.

'Right to manage' refers to the provisions set out in Pt 2, chapter 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (CLRA).
